You end up owning it. The source, the accounts, and the domain move into your name whenever you ask, and we never charge a late fee. The only catch is the term, and the offer page prints it in full.

24 month hosting agreement from the day the site goes live, then month to month at the same price. Cancelling inside it does not cancel the remaining payments.
How it runs
Four steps, and you pay nothing until the third one is finished. Two to four weeks from the day the content is in hand, and the first invoice goes out the day the site goes live.

A call, or an email
Twenty minutes on what the business does, who it sells to, and what the site has to make happen. If a website is not what you need, that is the answer you get, and it costs nothing.

You sign, and put a card on file
The agreement says what is being built and what it costs. A card goes on file before the work starts, and it is not charged yet. Nothing is due until the site is live.
- 03
We build it
Two to four weeks from the day the content is in hand. You see it on a private address, on your phone, before anybody else does, and you get two rounds of changes.

It launches, and the first invoice goes out
The site moves onto your domain, we take over the hosting, and the plan starts. Every month after that is the same figure on the same date.

We do not hand you a zip file and wish you luck.
A site is not finished when it goes live, it is just started. Everything we build runs on a flat monthly plan that covers the hosting and the looking after, so the thing you paid for is still working a year from now.
Hosted and watched
The site runs on infrastructure we manage and monitor. When something breaks at eleven at night, the alert comes to us rather than to you the next morning from a customer.
Updates and backups
Dependencies patched, platform versions kept current, and backups taken on a schedule so a bad afternoon is a restore rather than a rebuild.
Changes, not tickets
A block of support hours every month for the new page, the changed price, the seasonal banner. You email the person who built it and it is done that week.
Nothing held hostage
The source, the accounts, and the domain are yours and move into your name whenever you ask. No plan holds a domain as leverage, and cancelling takes thirty days written notice.
