Multi-tenant CRM for mobile service operators
A vertical SaaS CRM for mobile oil change operators. Jobber and Housecall Pro are general-purpose; this one knows what a 2019 Silverado takes, what the filter costs from a real distributor, and the fastest order to hit today's eight stops.
A private members' network, web and mobile
A private hall where members list their companies, post what they are building, and ask each other for help. Invite-only, with a privacy model designed around the fact that a business phone number and a personal one are not the same thing.
React Native companion app
The phone client for RWCBM. Same members, same database, same API, with five tabs, deep links, and push notifications, built on Expo so one codebase ships to both stores.
Video stroke analysis platform for a swim coach
A swim coaching product built front-end first: the marketing site, the member portal where an athlete uploads footage and reads the review that comes back, and the coach console where those reviews get written. Every screen is real and clickable, running on mock data while the client signs off on the product itself.
Auto detailing, rebuilt off WordPress
A single-page detailing site that replaced the client's WordPress install. Built and deployed in parallel so the two could be compared side by side, then cut over to the real domain once the client signed off.
WordPress rescue, rebuilt static
A WordPress and Avada site on shared hosting, rebuilt as a fully static Next.js app. Every old permalink still resolves, all 23 blog posts came across, and the service area grew to 52 town pages.
Four services. The range is narrow on purpose. Nothing is listed here that we have not already shipped and then had to maintain, which is where you find out what a decision really costs.
These are not preferences. Each one came from a project where doing it the other way cost somebody money.
Change a phone number once and every call-to-action, schema block, and footer updates with it. Add a city to an array and the page, sitemap entry, and internal links generate themselves.
Rebuilds preserve permalinks, reviews, form history, and analytics continuity. A faster site that dropped your search rankings is not an improvement.
Most of a business website has no reason to run a server. Prerender it and there is no runtime to patch, nothing to fall over under a traffic spike, and no cold start standing between a visitor and your phone number.
